Bridging the Gap Between Hospital and Home

Located in the downtown medical district of Huntsville and minutes from Huntsville Hospital, our nursing and rehabilitation center can accommodate 135 patients and residents. We provide innovative approaches in the area of rehabilitative healthcare and skilled nursing to individuals who may not require hospitalization, but are unable to receive treatment at home. We have a large rehabilitation gym with state-of-the-art therapy equipment.

Our expertise in long-term healthcare, combined with our strategic geographic reach into other healthcare markets, allows us to provide the specialized services necessary to meet the medical needs of the Huntsville community.

We are improving our clinical capabilities and staffing in order to accept patients with greater medical complexity than a traditional nursing home. This is increasingly important as many higher acuity patients require transitional care before they are ready to return home.
